Samkelo Ngubo

I am a principal software developer proficient in  C#, .NET, .NET Core,TypeScript, Vue.js, React , JavaScript, Node js , python,Flutter,  for both web and mobile technologies. My role involves managing the successful delivery of projects and coordinating and leading activities throughout the entire delivery lifecycle.

I work closely with departmental project managers, coordinate operational analysts, architects, and developers, and liaise with key project stakeholders as needed. Collaboration with other team members ensures structured and coordinated planning for team development. With a broad technical background, I offer support and guidance to assist developers at the code level.

My responsibilities include guiding team development efforts to ensure successful project delivery, providing technical leadership through coaching and mentorship, and maintaining high standards of software quality by establishing good practices and habits. Additionally, I identify and foster areas of growth and improvement within the team.
