Currently managing end-to-end Recruitment process and HR Operations/Generalist task which is as follows: Recruitment : Handle recruitments through various job portals and regularly manage job postings, screening resumes, conducting first round of interview, coordinate interview schedule between finalized candidates and hiring managers. HR Records and HR Audit Maintaining records of all employees files and carry out regular audits of all files. Preparing, managing and regularly updating all HR related MIS, reports as per the requirement of the management. Ensuring timely submission of monthly PF (Provident Fund) of employees and ESIC (Employee Sate Insurance) along with challans to the respective government departments Strictly monitor & maintain attendance records of employees and ensure it’s compliant with Bombay Shops & Establishment Act. Conducting HR audit of all the statutory records such as PF, ESI through external auditors as per company requirements. Leaves and Attendance Preparing and updating monthly attendance of employees, calculate pay days, leaves and leave without pay days. Input leave and attendance data for salary data preparation. Maintain physical as well as digital record of employee leave balances & ensure that they are up to date. Ensure proper follow-up with employees on their leaves. Performance Management System (PMS) : Assist in execution and end to end process of performance management system. Ensure PMS initiation and adhere to the timelines Employee engagement activities : Celebrating annual get-together and major festivals such as Holi Festival, Diwali Festival, Christmas or New Year etc. Wishing each employee on his Birthday to make him/her feel special Exit Process : Ensuring the completion of Clearance and Handover process Issuing relieving letter and experience certificates to the resigned employees Liaise with Finance for releasing Full and Final settlements of the resigned employees after taking management approval.
