My journey began in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative at Mini Shak USA, where I honed my abilities in selling products, handling customer inquiries, and performing administrative tasks. This role laid the foundation for my dedication to high customer service standards and effective communication.
Transitioning to IQOR Trinidad in 2017 and 2022, I served as a Sales & Service Telecommunications Agent. Here, I managed high volumes of calls, screened emails, and resolved customer issues. My proficiency in using CRM systems to document call notes and reports further refined my administrative skills. I developed strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ensuring customer confidentiality and satisfaction.
From 2018 to 2021, I was a Supervisor’s Assistant for the CAPE May/June Examinations at the Ministry of Education, Trinidad & Tobago. I managed filing systems, performed clerical duties, and maintained supply inventories, enhancing my organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure.
