With more than than 15 years’ experience within a Total Rewards role, I am adept in negotiating agreements in terms of employee benefits, updating policies and improving processes and procedures. I consider myself to be curious by nature and have never wanted to be a normal cog in the wheel employee. I strive to continuously improve myself by continuously learning which has assisted me in being more impactful in my roles and being able to deliver initiatives which have made a difference to the lives of the employees while simultaneously benefiting the organizations I have been employed with. Never been one to shy away from challengers, I’m quite happy to roll up my sleeves and get my hands “dirty” with my fellow team members.
