I support projects most often through the lens of strategy, helping teams and leadership organize towards their goals. Sometimes this takes the form of coaching and solving problems together; other times, it’s collaborating on documents, presentations, or proposals. Ideally, we'll gather and integrate multiple viewpoints from different sides of a team - it’s only with dots connecting all across a project that its strategy can really be successful. 

I have 10+ years of experience as a manager and strategist in the IT consulting industry, with a focus on large federal government clients (Department of Veterans Affairs, Health and Human Services, and the Internal Revenue Service).
