RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Checking all invoices for all contracts, including the procurement of goods and validate the PI’s in
Helios System.
• Ensures that financial transactions and records are processed in accordance with Oxfam GB’s
applicable accounting policies, forms, procedures and standards meet donor requirements.
• Ensures that financial transactions and bank reconciliation are accurately and timely recorded in
cashbooks.
• Responsible for Ibb and Al Hawban Month End and Year End close (Month-end returns and all
associated registers and reconciliations i.e., debtors, creditors, prepayments, accruals, floats,
advances, loans.)
• Monitoring and updating budgets (BvAs) through PeopleSoft Funding/Accounting System and
reporting the variances to the budget holders.
