I've been with Amazon for almost 3years. 6 months as customer service representative then after a month I was promoted as mentor then after another month, I was promoted as supervisor. I was also promoted as Amazon Customer Service manager which I was able to handle a team that has 20-25 agents. I'm assisting escalated calls, emails and chats. Before my amazon experienced I used to work as with JP Morgan Chase as customer service and with BPI Philippines. I also have back office background with Origin Energy.
