I’ve been working as a customer service representative for more than 3 years and its a field I enjoy a lot and want to continue growing in.
My main role as a customer service representative is to answering both general/specific customer questions about the company’s products/services. Processing orders (new install/plan upgrade), payments and account cancelation. Resolving product/service issues, troubleshooting problems that includes providing help and support with installation, order change, maintenance, and upgrading of the product.
I am hardworking, reliable, a quick learner, and willing to explore new things to develop more skills. Delivering high quality results while meeting strict deadlines is my top priority.
