Deal quickly and efficiently with employee queries via calls and drafted emails
Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
Validating end to end payroll.
Preparing Team related reports like on behalf of Team leader.
Managing team when required.

Preparing various monthly reports including service Pack and KPI as per client requirement.
