Fluid cooled mini channels heat sinks for microprocessor cooling,

In order to get adequate thermal management of microprocessors which get high
heat, we examined five heat sinks along with a flat plate heat sink. Vertical Fin
spacing of these five diff erent heat sinks are 1.5 mm, 1.0 mm, 0.5 mm, and 0.2
mm & horizontal fin spacing is fixed at 0.7 mm. Heat of microprocessor is
recreated by a Pentium D core 2 duo Intel processing unit in which water is used
as coolant.
