Description:
CenturyLink is a communications service provider in US with its services on VOIP telephones, Internet service provider and IP Television. Order flow through is a process that gives the end to end interface solutions to the customers working on ordering, requirement fulfillment, provisioning, customer service and other traditional services. Typically, all these services need integration of a number of systems and an intense support for free flow of the orders. Maintenance and support personnel are dedicated to provide expertise to the CenturyLink users eventually to reduce the time and effort being spent on orders. Order fallout occurs when the progression of an order has been or rejected, resulting in the order not being successfully completed. To reduce the fallouts, it require renewed focus on this discipline due to the increased complexity of orders in this environment.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing the functional requirements obtained from the client.
Responsible for the Development and Maintaining of Web Based Application.
Hands on Experience on using BMC Remedy Ticketing Tool to solve client issues.
Support the Order Engineering Services (OES) module for the free flow of the orders post provisioning.

Description:
The SDP (Service Delivery Platform) is an Enhanced Ordering Application used by order engineers for creating and pricing orders related to all telecom services and internet services. It is specifically designed to support more products like Ethernet Private Lines, CPE etc which was not supported by the other ordering applications-Orion etc. It is more flexible when compared to Orion that it interacts with various systems very effectively and it allows supplements on orders, change orders on the top of already bill-activated services etc.

•Writing SQL queries to access data from Oracle database.
•Involved in the analysis, design, implementation, and testing of the project
•Involved in post production support and maintenance of the application.
