Saira Jane Ompod

I applied my knowledge of structural engineering principles to support the design and construction of various projects. I also honed my skills in AutoCAD, a software widely used in the field, through freelance work as an AutoCAD Drafter. Prior to these roles, I gained valuable customer service experience at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, where I handled inquiries and resolved issues efficiently by strong customer service skills from handling daily inquiries across email, chat, and voice support. My administrative experience in the construction industry further refined my abilities in calendar management, data entry, and report generation.

I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering from Jose Maria College of Davao City and University of Mindanao, with a strong foundation in mathematics, physics, and computer-aided design.
