I have experience with chat support, email support, and phone support using different types of platforms either hard phone or soft phone and very much eager to learn and explore various fields and tools to get the job well done. I am well versed in the English language and a very hardworking in terms of customer satisfaction. 

• Worked with Versatel Marketing for their Health Insurance Campaign for a bit more then a year. My job there was to pre-qualify customers before transferring them to a licensed insurance agent.

• Worked for Spectrum as a Telemarketer for a year. I used to make cold calls for selling landlines, Internet and cable connection to businesses.

• Worked with Canadian Family Pharmacy as a Customer Service Rep for more then 4 years. While working there I served customers from US, UK, AU, CA. There I learned the basics of providing quality customer service.
