I have been transforming organizations through the power of human potential for more than 3 decades. I'm not just an HR leader; I'm a culture architect, talent alchemist, and organizational change catalyst. My expertise spans human resources, people development, corporate governance, and learning & development from large multinationals to MSME companies. I have the experience of leading diverse team for global organization. My journey begun in sales & marketing, where I eventually managed a team of more than 2000 people. As a business manager I clinched accolades for expanding the distribution network, mastered the art of credit control, turning financial tightropes into highways of growth. Then I transited my career from a sales superstar to become an HR heavyweight. I started my journey in HR with Bajaj Allianz before moving onto specialized role in starting and heading the L&OD function at SREI finance. The quest for excellence drove me to hone up skills in leadership & organization development and I joined Dale Carnegie Training as Lead Training & Projects. I got first international breakthrough after joining Sandvik as Lead Competence Development for West Asia. Within a few years I got promoted as Lead HRBP for Asia Pacific region. At Sandvik I was chosen to be a core member in global center of expertise. I was instrumental in developing the “People Strategy”, scale up the core values; create the Leadership model, Diversity & Inclusion programs, Sandvik career model etc. Since 2018 I am primarily working with MSME organizations & enriching their human capital. I use data to develop talent acquisition & development strategies. As a Trainer & Coach I have trained more than 360,000 participants worldwide and coaching 6000+ business managers, leaders and HRBP’s and helped them create high performance teams and retain talent. In 2023, after qualifying as Independent Director I now anchor nomination & remuneration committees, CSR initiatives, and contribute towards environmental, social & governance (ESG) practices. The secret sauce for my success is blending strategic vision with hands on execution. I craft human-centric organizations where engagement isn’t a buzzword – it’s our lifeline.
