As an LMS Technical Support specialist at Accenture, I have been working in the domain of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) since November 2023. My role focuses on providing end-to-end technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of the LMS platform for enterprise clients.
My primary responsibility is to resolve client-reported issues related to LMS functionalities, user access, and performance bottlenecks. I handle troubleshooting across various modules of the platform, addressing both backend configuration problems and front-end usability concerns.
