Ø We built high scalable system which serves millions of transactions monthly, we are receiving +1 Million
transactions in peak days.

seconds.
Ø Currently we have: 5 telecom operators, 2 banks, 1 insurance company, and 2 other clients
Ø I was the solution architect and one of development team, and currently I am the technical team leader.
Ø Now we started converting the system architecture from Monolithic to microservices to make the system high
scalable and cloud based.
Senior Frontend developer in AFIS project (Automated Fingerprint Identification System)
AFIS is a biometric identification (ID) methodology that uses digital imaging technology to obtain, store, and analyze
fingerprint data.
Ø The project is upgrading old system which is being slow because of huge fingerprint database.
Ø System consists of 3 parts (Front-end, middleware, and backend), I was in front-end team and we finished
front-end applications by using JSF technology and integrate with middleware application. This front-end
application is used in civil affairs, airports, and other ports in the kingdom.
Ø New front-end applications are supporting more biometric devices like fingerprint readers (cross match,),
camera, passport reader and smart card to read and write on national Identity cards.
Senior Backend Developer (Kiosk system for Civil affairs):
The project is controlling the visitors of Civil affairs, and registering visitor’s information (Fingerprint, face image,
and other demographic information), so they can get many information about visitors.
We built backend system to serve many kiosk machines distributed in all Civil affairs buildings around the
kingdom, currently we started with capital city(Riyadh)
Ø System can handle thousands of transactions daily, and register visitor data
Ø The team also built kiosk application to read fingerprint, face image, identity information
Pilgrim application: It is a mobile application (android) to check the permit of visitors of Holy places.
Ø We helped MOI to check permit of pilgrim faster and avoid issues in the pilgrimage days.
Ø We have around 2 million Pilgrim yearly, system is checking permits of all pilgrims in few hours.
