Safquat Alam

This is Safquat Alam from Bangladesh. A LL.B graduate from the University of London, also completed my Diploma in Law from the University of London as well with Ordinary level education from Edexcel International. Holding very high English Communication skills both verbally and written. Friendly, passionate, focused, innovative are few major competences of mine. I work from a professional working space to ensure quality work with good internet speed and work station.

I seek much interest in working for your proposed project as I feel I have the required expertise, skills, knowledge and the infra-structure to carry out the work efficiently with the capacity to work as per the required timing.

I believe I will be able to carry out the task with sincere proficiency with my working experience of more than 3 years with various multinational companies, start-ups, individual clients. I have gained specialized expert skills working at the Customer Service Department for Rocket Internet. Mastered the aspects of Zendesk, Zopim and at the same time enhanced my skills with Outbound, Inbound calls with customers, live chat, e-mail responses, ensuring customer support quality, maintaining KPI’s and team leading.

Worked with Medshr, with verification of Users and Institutions. Enhanced my research and lead generating skills to a great extent with my stay there.

Moving on, worked as a data analyst for Taskeater which is an off shore team generating firm for overseas businesses. Dealing with data’s and furthermore enhancing my lead generation skills.

Currently, I serve as a Data Analysis Specialist and the Team Supervisor of the off-shore Data Analysis team for Chattermill. With around 1 year experience, specialized myself in data analysis, team leading and management skills.
