EXPERIENCE World Resources Institute (WRI) Indonesia Project Assistant for Plastic Waste and Ocean Program (February 2025 - present) ● Provided administrative support for multiple projects on sustainable aquaculture (AQUADAPT), ocean account (KONEKSI), and blue carbon initiatives (ICCTF), as well as managing documentation, reporting, and compliance with WRI Indonesia and project’s funder guidelines. ● Conducted desk research and synthesized data from government reports and international organizations, and scientific publications to support project activities ● Assisted the Plastic Waste and Ocean Manager in monitoring projects outcome and maintaining the MEL (Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning) framework of Ocean and Plastic Waste Programs. ● Organized multi-stakeholder meetings and workshops, overseeing logistics, agenda setting, and documentation of key discussions.
