I am currently working as a Project manager at one of a leading digital agency (Ovrlod LLC) from last 6 years, As per educational my background I have done my Masters in Software project/product management and I did graduation with Computer sciences majors. Therefore, my area of interest and experience is all about Digital projects either it will be a web-based project or any Mobile application. Besides Functional Project management, I have exceptional skills of web development as well. Which is giving me an edge to mitigate challenges/ risk from the initial project phases!

So if the question is "Why I am a best Fit ?" Below are some important facts about my career journey. 

• I have 6 years of client handling and Project management experience with Dubai based Digital agencies like Mirum DXB, JWD Kuwait, Impact proximity Dubai, BBDO, ClearTag as a third party contractor.

• Functional experience of Microsoft products like O365, Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Business central EPM, PPM.

• I have initiated my career as a PHP developer so I am familiar with website development life Cycle and its management frameworks like Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum, Kanban.

• I have familiarity with the design process and tools like Zaplin,Uxpin, Invision, Sketch files, PSD’s and other design tools.

• I have experience of handling resource pool of around 60 people where we do lift and shift of resource in parallel projects on a requirement bases So I have an ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a small team as well as with offshore and large team sizes.

• Strong communication skills, internally and with clients.

• Strong ability to stay organized juggling multiple projects, identify risks, and creatively problem-solve to keep projects on track.

• Proficiency using GitHub and Basecamp (or equivalent project management software) . However, Currently working on VSTS with a combination of BI and Jira and for planning, I am using MS project.

• A desire to work in a new environment and with a talented team of nice people committed to making their jobs as fun and meaningful as possible

• Knowledgeable of UX/IA and design/development compliances.

• Experience working for a creative agency, and another client-services environment

• Knowledge of and experience implementing best practices around web accessibility compliance

• Experience with all favorite software/tools (Basecamp, Slack, Dropbox, Google Drive, Harvest and Harvest Forecast, Github, AirTable, Invision, Lucidchart)
