-Responding to customers enquiries related to Import of different products

• Communicating with various suppliers in foreign countries

• Negotiating prices and Preparing customer quotations

• Handling import documentation (Bill of lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, FTA Certificate, Mill Test Certificate, Insurance certificate etc.)

• Search of new clients and managing existing customer relations, efforts for each client

• Providing support to the marketing manager and other key team players

• Analyzing costs and sales, calculating client quotations, recording, and maintaining client contact data coordinating sales projects
