I have been working at HSBC for five and half years as a Presentation Specialist. My job role was to format and align document (word, powerpoint, PDF, smart forms) to HSBC guidelines. I have worked in pitchbook presentations, onscreen presentations and tablet presentations. Also, flyers, brochures, newsletters, name badges, smart forms and many more. My duty was to make the content of the document follow the template and consistent trough out the file. It is not only internal (HSBC) projects I have handled. I have worked with ADIDAS, OOCL, Citi bank, Starbucks and many more companies, helping them to create bespoke templates.
