My current professional role as project manager started in 2014 with LJDECOR. We started small and built on what she already had, which was a pregnancy vlog on YT. We knew that keeping those subscribers was a top priority. In order to keep them, we knew we had to somehow start combining interior design with pregnancy or children so we came up with the idea of creating content that was age appropriate to the children of the subscribers. Those vlogs took off and we were able to keep that foundation. next, we started a blog, we saw it as a great opportunity to post content that readers would enjoy also it was a gateway to gaining new subscribers and reaching a broader audience outside of YT. I created questionnaires to remain on top of what our clients wanted and what their needs were so we could give them back what they wanted. Using those questionnaires we were able to also create an email listing, asking our viewers if they'd like to subscribe to a more personalized way of communicating. We started with MailChimp and created quality ad material that we delivered with much success. The feedback has been great and our profit margins continue to grow mainly from these email campaigns. The part of LJDECOR that I take the most pride in is the e-design boards, an idea that was the answer to reaching more potential clients, including internationally. I started posting to different social media outlets and the response was huge. Our ROI from those social media ads alone nearly tripled within the first year of delivery. Since then we have collaborated with Houzz.com and helped develop the Houzz virtual interior design eDesign program. LJDECOR has been featured on DIY Crafts TV, Shutterfly, Bob Vila, Digital Wolf Magazine and so many more, LJDECOR has also won Best of Houzz 2016 and 2017. I take pride in delivering content that engages our clients. I am very organized and goal-oriented. I love beating a deadline. Through project management, with LJDECOR my talent for delivering quality has increased tenfold. I've gained great communication skills through interacting with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors, I have learned to manage time and budgets both client and business side. My focus is always on the success of the company and the quality of work my clients receive.
