That’s where I developed my love for storytelling, organization, and problem solving under pressure.
I then expanded into digital marketing, managing multi-channel content, email campaigns, and social strategies for different types of clients. Tools, platforms, and tech don’t scare me—I learn fast, adapt fast, and optimize even faster.
Customer care and customer success added the missing piece: empathy.
