I've worked as a Customer Service Representative under Concentrix Philippines for more than three (3) years, where I've been promoted aggressively in a span of few months. I got promoted as an Advanced Technical Professional with multi-skills in Smart Home Services and RV Installation Setup. Afterwards, I was elevated to the next band level as an Operations Specialist where I've handled at least a team of 12 agents and supported them as a Floor Supervisor.

I know how to work with Microsoft Office Tools and GSuite. I'm an expert when it comes to multi-tasking and knows how to handle work in a very timely manner. I possess fast typing skills with a speed of 75 words per minute. I've been recognized as one of our company's assets proving that I've been working hard as its embodiment.
