I started working in the BPO industry and it was my first job. I worked for SITEL- BAGUIO for 1 year as a customer support of MACY'S and BLOOMINGDALES retail stores in united states we rectify their concerns through phone, email and chat support (Item not received, items that was not as described, damaged items, return and exchange and more) after that I left sitel because the pay was too low so I went to CONVERGYS-CONCENTRIX Baguio I worked again as an account specialist in eBay for 4 years. I went to 3 LOB's and that was NA Mediation were we are the mediators of the buyers and sellers then I was promoted to UK Escalations were we handle customers that asking for the money back because the case was closed against them but they can still appeal to it , then I was promoted and went to UK APPEALS , where they say dead end. because the customers were talking to are the ones having their cases closed against them. So after 4 years I decided to do homebase. Were i started as an ecommerce virtual assistant on dailysalida.com being an email customer support. I also had a year before I went back to being in a office base and that was in TECHNO DREAM WEBWORKS also worked for 1 year as a senior programmer customer support. were we talked with clients that have us create their website until its launched on the internet. and now I'm back as a virtual assistant
