I graduated in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. I have 1 Years of experience as a Recruitment Intern at a retail company. 6 months of experience as a Talent Acquisition staff at one of the biggest consumer goods companies in Indonesia. Currently I'm working as a Talent Acquisition Staff at a gym franchise company. My main role as a recruitment or talent acquisition staff is to do end-end to hiring process, from interviewing hiring manager, screening CV, interviewing candidates, scheduling user interviews, lead the offering process, collaborating with other divisions for the employee onboarding process, and also administrative works such as inputting new employee data to the company's database, registering new employee to the national healthcare systems, etc.
