As a Technical Support Representative, working for a web hosting company, I was tasked to assist customer on such issues or concerns related to domain names registration, DNS configuration, email set-up. Also part of my job is to assist customer on how to transfer or migrate their domains to or away from the company. As well as, assisting them on how to backup files and emails associated to their domains. Also assisted them in setting up their emails on email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, and also on their Android and Iphone mails configuration.
