I have been in BPO industry for the past 7 years. I have been through different line of jobs like technical support representative, customer service representative, sales representative,email and chat support representative.It gave me knowledge when it comes to handling customers inquiries or issues and had them properly addressed. I have not only resolve their issues or inquiries, but I have managed to meet their satisfaction.

Also, I have worked as a credit management associate for quite a while. My task was to collect payment of debts from corporate companies in the United Kingdom, where

I have meet irate customers. Yet, I was able to handle their concerns.

During my work as a quality control supervisor, I had to oversee the important details of the processed meat to achieve the desired quality.

I need to make sure that the company follows the standard operating procedure given by the clients.

Thus, from all those stated above, hereby, I can say that I can perform my job well with less supervision.
