I've worked as a Quickbooks Advisor (Pro, Premier, Enterprise Solutions) for 2 years at a BPO company. I take in calls and troubleshoot real time accounting and technical issues like bank reconciliation, customizing reports, online banking with small business owners and accountants. I've experienced using Quickbooks for my mom's small retail store and utilize it to infuse tactical decision to grow the business. I've been able to provide Customer service, Technical and chat support to US and Australian customers for 7 years.

I'm detail-oriented and love to think critically on any challenging situation. I love the treadmill work of solving complex issues thanks to my inner persistence.
