Ryan L. Pagcu

I am a registered nurse and I have been working as a professional in-patient medical coder for 5 years and gained a lot of experience with data extraction and giving appropriate codes for the conditions and procedures done to the patient for insurance/reimbursement. Basically, my job entails reporting of appropriate diagnoses andICD-10-PCS codes, which result in payments based on medicare severity-diagnosis related groups (MS-DRGs). Prior being an IP coder, I was an Operating Room nurse for almost 6 years and with my experience, it was a big help because most of the charts I have been coding usually have operating room procedures and it made my job as a coder easier.

About me, I am an outgoing person and love to experience new things. I usually go out with my friends on my free time and will do out of town trips and just have fun. I consider myself as the"happy pill" of the group as I love making people happy and hate dull moments. My hobbies are playing billiards, basketball, and singing the karaoke. Not to brag, but my friends tell me I have a nice voice and who cares when you are just having fun and when with your favorite people around.

I am also a father of a 3 year old beautiful princess. I may love having fun with my friends but time spent with my daughter is an icing on the cake. I will make sure that I will provide everything that she needs and what she asks for as she is my everything.

Given the opportunity to work as I know you guys (Hubstaff) will help, I will do all the best that I can to provide the service needed and more. I am a hardworking person and I know I can deliver. Cliche' it may seem but I am a fast learner and always eager to learn in any way possible. I am always open to learning new things and eventually share with others what I havee learned.
