I bring a diverse and extensive background across technology, software development, AI, and business management. Most recently, I have been working with Appen Limited since November 2023, contributing as an AI Contributor (English & Marathi), Voice AI Contributor (English), Transcriptionist (Hindi), and Data Annotation Processor (Marathi). My role at Appen has allowed me to develop a keen understanding of multilingual AI projects, voice data collection, and language processing.

Before this, I was with Winner Software Pvt. Ltd., where I served as a Senior Software Developer specializing in .NET from August 2021 to May 2022. I was then promoted to Project Coordinator, a position I held until July 2023. In these roles, I managed software development projects, coordinated cross-functional teams, and ensured the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

From February 2019 to July 2021, I took on the entrepreneurial challenge of being a Restaurant Partner at Relax Pure Veg. This experience honed my skills in business operations, customer service, and team leadership, giving me a unique perspective outside the tech industry.

Earlier in my career, I worked as Technical Head at Chepall Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (September 2014 to November 2018), where I led technical teams, oversaw project delivery, and drove innovation in software solutions. Before that, I was a Senior Software Engineer ( .NET ) at Techmodi Inc. from February 2013 to September 2014, focusing on enterprise-grade application development.

My foundational years in IT included roles such as Technical Associate at Koresoft Systems and Services (January 2007 to January 2010), where I gained hands-on experience in software implementation and support, and Project Lead at RS Technology and Solutions (February 2010 to September 2012), where I managed project lifecycles and mentored junior developers.

I began my professional journey as a Senior Web Designer at Invitra Technologies from August 2003 to November 2006, where I developed creative and user-friendly web solutions.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated adaptability, technical expertise, and leadership across a range of industries, making me well-equipped to contribute to innovative and dynamic teams.
