I have 2 years experience in Telesales & Telemarketing and 2 years experience in customer service & Account Management. During this period, I pioneered market entry of our product into a new country enabling my organization to maximize its market share, generate more revenue and mitigate risk associated with lack of diversification. Other than that, I doubled up as an Account Management/Customer Service for the clients I had acquired in that particular market. I enjoy creating high value content offer for our prospective clients to ensure the sales team have a consistent healthy sales funnel. Lastly, for the 3 years I was in University I volunteered as an Admin Assistance for the Admissions Office to support the team during peak seasons. My work was to admit new students ,scrutinize their application documents, send bulk emails and SMS to them, file the applications and organize with the mailing staff on sending to various countries just to mention a few. This allowed me to gain valuable skills in organization, multitasking and having attention to details when admitting new students.
