Ruth Kenney

After graduating with a master’s degree in music, I started my journey helping others with English by earning a certificate to teach English as a second language. Since then I have tutored ESL to adults in America, trained business professionals in Munich, Germany, and taught grade school children to use proper English (while having fun!) in Incheon, South Korea. A regular part of my job was proofreading and editing my students’ work, after which I started to offer my editing and proofreading skills to the worldwide web. My passion for helping others produce texts with clear, effective writing and proper English mechanics has only grown over time. Whether the task is editing for non-native English speakers or proofreading for the seasoned writing veteran, I am ready to take on the job.
