For almost a decade that I am been doing a Human Resource related work, Administrative work and for being a Payroll Support Specialist I still have more to offer, I am good in connecting with people by giving them the right support that they need, arranging all the data that is being requested, document all the important details, keen in all document that is being handed, lead a team to their goals and perspective, a multitasker includes owning a tasks that is being given by the leads, can execute a tasks with a timely manner, adhere to what is needed and ensure the quality of my work and also knowledgeable on onboarding process from hiring to onboarding of the new joiner, still developing all of knowledge that I gained from the past years from basic up to entering a professional level. I have been attending trainings related to my current job to hone my skills. I’m also quite active in my spare time and I like to feel I am developing personally and professionally. Now I am on to challenging my self in entering the world of freelancers. And lastly, this is not only for educated and professional people, all should know and knowledgeable enough on how to give Respect to each beliefs and culture since we are mostly working with different nationality.
