I am a dedicated and people-oriented professional with over 12 years of experience in customer service, administration, executive support, and operations management. Throughout my career, I have worked in different industries where I have built strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. I am someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and professionally.

My experience has allowed me to work closely with executives, customers, teams, and stakeholders in both remote and on-site environments. In my current role as Chief of Staff at Recruten Africa, I support leadership by coordinating daily operations, managing priorities, tracking projects, organizing meetings, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. This role has strengthened my ability to multitask, stay detail-oriented, and manage responsibilities in fast-paced environments.

Before this, I worked as an Executive Assistant supporting founders and senior executives across multiple countries and time zones. I handled calendars, emails, travel arrangements, reports, presentations, meeting coordination, and follow-ups while ensuring that operations ran smoothly and efficiently. I became known for being dependable, organized, calm under pressure, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism.

I also gained valuable customer service experience while working with Allianz Nigeria, where I managed customer accounts, attended to client inquiries, supported claims processes, and maintained positive customer relationships. This role helped me develop strong interpersonal and communication skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to provide excellent service while meeting targets.

In addition to my corporate experience, I have worked in administrative and public service roles where I managed records, coordinated schedules, handled correspondence, and supported day-to-day office operations. These experiences helped shape my strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for supporting people and organizations.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Administration, and a Master of Public Administration from Obafemi Awolowo University. I have also completed certifications in Executive Assistance, Project Management, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and workplace productivity tools.

I am passionate about customer satisfaction, teamwork, organization, and creating efficient systems that help businesses grow.
