I am Rutchelle from the Philippines. I am 34 years old and a Customer Service Supervisor for Back Office team at one of Australia's Electricity companies.

I've been in the customer service industry for 15 years now which helps me develop a good command in English both in verbal and in written.

I am resourceful. Google has been my best friend. I love searching, reading, and checking out stuff about how to do this and that. I tend to do more research if I'm under the impression that there's still something we can do to correct or solve things. I never stops until I find the answers
