Hi, I’m Russell Alfonso, a BS Accountancy graduate from La Verdad Christian College, where I finished with honors (Cum Laude). My background in accounting, auditing, and taxation has helped me become someone who is careful, responsible, and good at working with data, documents, and meeting deadlines. During school and my internship, I learned the value of being accurate, organized, and managing my time well—skills which I may now use in virtual work.

During my internship at MorongStar Hotel and Resort, I worked with the Accounting Department to help with their financial tasks. I entered sales and expenses into the system, organized financial files, and helped prepare reports. This experience taught me how to be more focused and careful with details, especially when working with money and reports.

I also worked as a Service Crew member at McDonald’s (Golden Arches Development Corporation). Even though it’s different from office work, this job taught me how to work under pressure, talk to customers in a polite way, and work well with a team in a busy place.

I have certifications as a QuickBooks and Xero Advisor (by June 2025), I passed the Civil Service Exam (Professional Level), and I have an NC III in Bookkeeping from TESDA. I’m skilled in using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Canva, and other tools used for online work.

Aside from bookkeeping, I also have experience in tasks like calendar and email management, online research, writing captions for social media, and organizing files. I gained these skills through school work, training, and practicing on my own. I enjoy writing, have a creative mind, and always aim to do clean, accurate, and reliable work.

I want to be known as someone who is trustworthy, flexible, easy to work with, and always pays attention to detail. Whether I’m helping with admin tasks, organizing work online, or keeping financial records in order, I’m ready to be a reliable part of any team I work with.
