PowerWealth Corporation was a consultancy firm specializing in high return residential
developments, including; boutique housing (townhouses & up-market apartments) which
were within the 20klm Sydney CBD radius, in high capital growth areas. Our main focus
was to form working associations and joint venture projects with developers that
specialized in the upper end of the "affordable investment" property market. We
developed a strategy through which to attract financially capable and investment focused
clients (many of whom were first time investors) and assisted them in utilizing strategies to
apply optimum leverage whilst reducing risk, so that they would invest in the properties we
had secured. This entire process required a lot of planning, marketing, preparation and
delivery of seminars, due diligence reports, profit & return projections, specialist contracts
and so forth, as well as direct sales and client management.

I formed this company after completing studies in the Real Estate Business Management
Diploma (a legal requirement for all practicing real estate agents in the state of NSW
Australia). I worked primarily as a listing agent but then went into an agency management
role on a contract basis where I was responsible for managing real estate sales staff, and
also for the marketing and advertising strategies for the agency, as well as for all property
listings. This involved the weekly writing of ads, press releases and advertorials for press
and industry publications.
