I have worked in the BPO industry for 1 year and 6 months and gained experience as a customer service representative. I have finished college with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. However, I was not able to pursue the work where my course is inline, because I have bigger goals that I may not attain if I continue or take on the jobs where my course is related. English is not my local lingo, but due to the experience I gained while working in the BPO industry I was able to enhance my English-speaking skills and computer literacy. I believe my newly acquired skill set from my previous jobs is enough for me to take on another challenge and become an independent self-employed worker. I worked as a rental agent in a local company and only stopped working because we transferred residency away from the company where I am employed. My second BPO experience was on a Health Care Insurance account for 3 months. My work as a customer service representative on a Health Care Insurance account may be short but was the most fruitful experience I obtained working as a CSR. My latest experience was working as a sales agent of a ski resorts company and worked for 1 year. During my time as a sales agent, I was able to build my personal computer, and there I decided to stop and work at home. These experiences are actually not limited to voice, I have handled emails, and chat as well. I also have other abilities that I am proud of, being a fast learner, multi-tasker, optimistic, diligent, strategic, patient, strong mentality, a man of focus commitment and sheer will. I am confident with my skills and abilities to handle any jobs related to customer service. Thank you.
