Rudolfo A. Serna

I am writer and educator with eleven years of teaching experience at tribal and community colleges throughout New Mexico. My novel, SNOW OVER UTOPIA came out with Apex Books in 2019. I have had several published short stories in horror/sci-fi magazines, including several stories that were turned into podcasts with Brick Moon Fiction. I have had editing experience with websites and desktop publications for non-profits and art collaboratives. I am a graduate of the University of New Mexico with an MFA in Creative Writing, with a focus in speculative fiction, particularly dark sci-fi fantasy. Growing up thirty miles from where the first atomic bomb was created along the Rio Grande and among some of the most ancient societies of North America, helped to define me as a writer of fantasy and sci-fi.
