I worked as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support for about 6 years. Tasks include, phone and doing report assisting customers and email interaction.I worked for bother US and Aussie Accounts. Did some phone trouble shooting and email technical support. Those experiences will have you think outside of the box . You will need your imagination to figure out things or important details that you need that is very relevant to for the resolution .have been dealing with 60-90 years old of customers teaching them with computer so patience is really not a virtue right now.We refer it as a Special Skill.In the middle of those years, I worked in Denmark and in Norway for 4 years caring and teaching children.I am determined to finish the job I will be committed with.
