My previous job was in a BPO company which I started as a front-line agent for two years, then upgraded my knowledge and expertise for a higher post. I shared my skills by doing real time full support to our junior agents and to the whole team.
After a month or so, the management team felt the need of my skills in handling more serious tasks not just for the team but for the whole account. I was then promoted as a Revenue Analyst which handled sales analysis reports that were usually presented not just to the operations team but as well as to the US clients.
That was my last post which I spent almost three years of passion in doing admin tasks before I left the company in May of this year.
