During my stint as a Virtual Assistant scholar under the Digital Job PH project of the Dept. of Information and Communications Technology in the Philippines, we were trained on the following: 

• Web research
• Data Entry
• Audio and Video Transcription
• Social Media content curation and posting
• Chatbot Creation in Facebook
• Use of Streak CRM in Gmail

I am knowledgeable in using tools such as Google Drive, Trello and Tmetric. You can be assured that I will do my best to deliver the tasks that will be assigned to me. I am also a quick learner and very determined to succeed in this online freelancing industry.
