EMEA Manager in a project within a company who is
acting as global leader in navigation, mapping, location
experiences and data collection.
Day-to-day is about management of the team and the
operational aspect of the project, included all related
administrative tasks -as reporting and invoicing-.
Administrate the deploys of the fleet of mapping vehicles equipped with high-accuracy
GPS, LiDAR, camera and an inertial measurement unit by giving support to drivers,
Country Program Leaders and Kelly Services partners within the EMEA zone (Europe,
Middle-East and Africa). Direct management of 14 persons and indirect management of 60
persons in the project within all the countries. Organization of the training.

First experience: I had to amplify the sales in the international market in the mega-store of
the Group (Located in Champ-Élysées). The day-to-day was in English, Spanish,
Portuguese and French. I was responsible for the management of the sales in the VIP area
(luxurious brands, precious metals, gold, precious stones etc.) Responsible for the cash,
cashier, payments, tax-refunds etc.
My second experience in the group was to make rising again another store located in
Marseille. The store is inside an old mall that faced many issues (technical, tactical etc.).
My main mission was to help improving the sales with new customers and also to bring
back old customers. I had to maintain a good looking image of the store that was under
constructions.

For my first professional experience being an optician in an optical store meant that I had to
deal with several aspects of one same job.
More than just selling glasses I had to take care of customers as an advisor and a
technician. Nevertheless I also needed to do all the administrative tasks of the store in the
retail business.
It means, I needed to be efficient quickly and really adaptable as I needed to manage my
time in the best way.
