Automated online test for new applicants
Project made with AngularJS and Django for sales control management in a school
with more than 1000 students.
Currently this system has been expanded to different locations and is being used in
two states of the Mexican Republic.
The company was having over 200 applications per month and one of the test was
made in real time with one RH person, this took way to many hours and we decided
to create a Web application to automate this process.
I was the lead Fullstack developer, Node.js, Angular 8, MongoDB · I planned the
architecture and developed some of the functionality in the backend and frontend.

Attrition predictive model.
I was taken to Europe because company was having a lot of problems with attrition
so they asked us to develop a predictive model to see which employee was at risk of
leaving.

of attrition and developed a predictive model from scratch.
