I was eventually cross trained to be able to manage driving directions, personal directory, order taking, and process returns, processing feedback and complaints. Sutherland Global Service / Customer Service Representative (Jan 2007 – June 2008) As a Customer Service Representative, I managed customers by phone for requests regarding password recovery, account balance checking, payment history walkthrough, feedback management. I have been able to perform walk-abouts to assist new hires, provide coaching and have sit-downs for further training.. Pygmalion Service Inc Recruitment Office (June 1999 – Jan 2007) My role as a Recruitment Officer for a head hunting firm has exposed me to the recruitment process for the BPO industry. I acted as the first and second later of interview and tests. I also initiated a training course designed for applicants interested in joining the BPO industry. This resulted in a seventy percent increase in the” pass-ability” of Pygmalion recruits, further adding to Pygmalion’s respectability and integrity IT Convergence / Lead Searcher and Recruiter 1 (Jan 1999 – Jan 2001) As Lead Searcher, we were provided with the tools for searching and profiling candidates from Monster,com. My duties were to search, download and enter the data onto PCRecuiter. I was able to perform above average and was offered a role as a Recruiter 1 where my duties were to fulfill job orders and assist Recruiter 2. Our search were usually for Oracle and I2 users for deployment to the US. PERSONAL BACKGROUND I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Santo Tomas.
