Planed, analyzed, and successfully carried out 3 projects with different clients in order to attract the most qualified personnel in different areas of web development.
Responsible for the creation of a search plan and organization through various tools to improve the registration of all candidates entered into the system, which was eventually used in several areas of the organization.
As Country Channel Lead, I was in charge of the relationships between the entire Venezuela team and the different areas such as HR, recruiting and management. I designed a daily newscast plan with a summary of the most important news in 24 hours, which was published on Instagram for more than 4 million followers.
I directed and edited a special dedicated to the biggest electricity crisis in Venezuela, which was published on the media's website for a month, with different videos, testimonies and articles related to the crisis, which occurred in 2019. All together with a team of reporters in a tour around the country.
