Hi, I’m Ruben Corpuz Jr., a Virtual Assistant for Architects and Designers, passionate about helping creative professionals stay organized, efficient, and focused on what they do best — designing meaningful spaces.
Before stepping into the virtual assistance field, I spent over two years working in construction site management with Austria Bandoy Architectural Design Services. During this time, I was deeply involved in coordinating site operations, managing project documentation, and ensuring that every phase of the build aligned with design standards and safety requirements. My background in architecture equipped me with an eye for detail, precision, and problem-solving — skills that I now bring into the digital workspace.
I’m proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, tools that allow me to understand the workflow of design professionals and anticipate their needs. I know that behind every successful project is a well-organized system — from scheduling meetings and managing emails to handling documents, tracking deadlines, and ensuring smooth client communication. My goal as a Virtual Assistant is to create that structure for architects and designers, so they can focus on creativity and project success without getting overwhelmed by admin tasks.
What I love most about my work is the balance between creativity and organization. I get to combine my technical background with digital tools to support professionals who share my passion for design and innovation. Whether it’s coordinating tasks, creating content, or managing day-to-day operations, I take pride in bringing order and clarity to every project I handle.
Becoming part of Spark General Virtual Assistant by DICT was a turning point in my journey. It allowed me to transition my skills into the virtual world and explore new opportunities for growth. Now, I aim to support more architects, designers, and construction managers who want to build better workflows and achieve more with less stress.
In everything I do, my goal is simple — to make your operations smoother, your communication clearer, and your business more efficient, so you can focus on designing the spaces that inspire others.
