Hi there! My name is Royce Ann Perolino. I’m an enthusiastic, positive worker, who’s dedicated to completing the tasks, and can work with less supervision. I have over two years and two months of work experience as customer service representative for accounts such as CenturyLink, Comcast and Airbnb. Furthermore, I've been teaching English as a second language for six months before I switch to BPO industry. I do believe that I have the perfect combination and skill to qualify in this position.
