I am a seasoned Project Manager and Business Coach with over 25 years of experience leading complex initiatives and guiding professionals toward breakthrough performance. My career spans both the public and private sectors, where I’ve successfully managed multimillion-dollar projects, led high-performing teams, and helped organizations align strategy with execution.

As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and former U.S. Air Force officer, I bring disciplined leadership, strategic thinking, and a results-driven mindset to every engagement. I’ve worked across industries—government, corporate, and nonprofit—overseeing technology, operations, and organizational change initiatives. My strength lies in translating vision into action while fostering collaboration and accountability across diverse stakeholders.

In parallel with my project leadership, I serve as a Business Coach specializing in performance, leadership development, and mindset transformation. I’ve mentored entrepreneurs, and high-potential professionals who are navigating growth, change, or reinvention. My coaching integrates strategic planning with neuroscience-based tools to help clients overcome internal roadblocks, gain clarity, and lead with confidence.

In every role I take on—whether managing a federal IT modernization effort or coaching a business owner to scale with confidence—my mission is the same: to drive meaningful results through clarity, structure, and personal alignment. I believe great leadership begins with self-mastery, and great project outcomes start with empowered teams and clear goals.

I also serve as a professor for the MBA program at Southern New Hampshire University, where I teach courses on leadership, strategy, and organizational change. Teaching allows me to stay sharp, contribute to future leaders, and bring academic rigor to my practice.
